CraftyIndividuals: Boxes of all sorts

And the new theme of the bi-monthly challenge on the CraftyIndividuals' blog is 'Boxes of all sorts' chosen by the lovely Sylvie. My cup of tea, since I like so much to alter, so these are my efforts:
E per il nuovo challenge sul blog della CraftyIndividuals questo mese ci buttiamo su tutti i tipi di scatole! Sicuramente un tema a me favorito.
From a clock box:
To...oh, my least favourite colour! Yes I tried to go out of my comfort zone :-)
Ho provato a non usare i miei soliti colori...
This box is made gluing bits of lace, covered it with black gesso and mica powders, not other mediums involved. Stamps CI-389 and CI-410
And a very flat one
For this metallic box, I used metallic charms, black gesso, mica powders and CI-137
CHALLENGE GUIDELINES
To enter this month's Crafty Individuals Challenge please put together your chosen project, which must include at least one Crafty Individuals product.
At the end of the month Sylvie will set about choosing five lucky participants, each of whom will win a CI rubber stamp of their choice, and don't forget that as per usual, once you have linked in your creation, you can also claim a lovely 25% discount code to use on anything you purchase from the CI Website, which will be valid to use until the 10th of April.

Incredible that these started out as boring boxes! I am amazed at the effect you have got with just black gesso & mica powders on the blue box Gio!!!! The other box is sooo pretty and there is so much to see! Wonderful work xxx
