Background layering: a corset!

Che cosa mi sono inventata questa volta?Qualche anno fa avevo visto in una vetrina questo bellissimo corsetto porta gioielli:
There's a long story behind this piece...I saw this corset jewelry holder a long time ago, and I wanted one.

Alla fine ho deciso di farmene uno mio, naturalmente rosa, con stoffa, colori acrilici, timbri, acetato e macchina da cucire!
Eventually, I decided to make one, pink of course, with fabric, acetate, acrylic paints and stamps. I used background, large stamps, since this week's theme at CraftBarn is Background layering.

Avevo fatto il davanti e il dietro, ma dietro molto insistenze, ho deciso col dietro di farne praticamente un secondo per poterlo regalare.
I cut and stitched the front and the back, but I decided not to stitch them together, and instead make two corsets.

La sera stessa che ho finito questo pòpo' di roba ( il 9 Agosto) mi hanno regalato l'originale!! Pero' vuoi mettere, adesso ce l'ho nero e pure rosa! LOL!
The same evening I finished this huge amount of work, my friends gave me the original one!! Now I have three of them at home :-)
