Scatole scatoline scatolette!

Iniziamo da una scatola grande contenente all'interno 16 scatoline, un regalo per una crafter molto ordinata e organizzata (il contrario di me, insomma):

Stampatori Incurabili!

Last weekend there was Inkurable Stampers 2nd birthday! There was a chat with bingo, games and a lots of prize, and 3 challenge: the first one was a sketch challenge:

My interpretation:

On a white postcard I sprayed Glimmer mist on a stencil. Then I stamped an hand writing text with a stamp from my stash. I cut 6 inch size piece of fabric from an old sheet that I painted with acrilic paint and stamped (the large key is from Stampingback ). I took a piece of book and I stamped on it a face with a CherryPie stamp. Finally I stamped the flowers from a Stampingback stamp on a piece of acetate and attached above my cardstock.

The second challenge was to create a piece of stamped art that was 2x4 inches! ( 5x10cms):

I stamped on a piece of white cardstock a beautiful vintage image from La Blanche stamp. I coloured the edge with Mustard Seed distress ink. The hand writing text is from a old rubber stamp. I attached with a brad the little clock and a metal earring.

The third one was to create something using the Spotlighting Technique:


First I stamped an image on white cardstock with black Stazon from a Darkroom Door stamp. I repeat three times in blue, pink and green.I cut several details and glued to the black one. I stamped the background with a text stamp with Perfect medium and Perfect Pearls. I added some sentiment with my Dymo.

And for this months challenge, Black, White and Red:


Inspired by the beautiful artwork of Prima DT, I took a piece of sticky canvas by Claudine Hellmuth, I folded it in half and stamped some flower with black Stazon with Prima stamp and a text stamp from my stash.
I painted the flowers and lace with black ink and red acrylic paint. I glued the flower along with a metallic charm and a piece of white veil, and put the lace among two eyelets.

IoS: Riciclo!

Questa settimana su Italy on Sunday il tema e' riciclo!! Io adoro il riciclo creativo, dare una nuova vita a degli oggetti che altrimenti butteremmo.


Ho preso un CD e l'ho spennellato di gesso, col gesso ancora bagnato l'ho timbrato (fase fondamentale, dopo verra' tutto nascosto..).

Dopo asciutto ho attaccato un'immagine presa da una rivista e poi ho cominciato a sciogliere la cera con l'embosser. Alla cera ho aggiunto qualche goccia di alcohol ink, con risultati invero abbastanza deludenti...
La cera l'ho poi spennellata con perfect pearls, e ho incollati gli charms colorati con gli alcohol ink. Il cuore della coda l'ho ottenuto stampando lo charm di un braccialetto su del fimo, indurito poi sempre con l'embosser!




Il risultato finale e' molto Lillubuloso!

Sono a pagina 8 del nuovo numero di ART Trader Magazine!

Cioe' non proprio io, ma uno dei miei lavoretti, piccolo piccolo, senza neanche una riga, giusto il nome, avevo partecipato in extremis alla sfida del mese, e naturalmente non ho vinto, e naturalmente non so in quanti hanno partecipato, pero' e' stata una bella sorpresa!

La rivista e' un po' particolare, ma ci sono spunti, un sacco di roba da leggere, trucchi e qualche tutorial, qui il link diretto per scaricarla.
